Two words…..Hot and Dry!! There’s not much rain to be found throughout the weekend. For Friday, the day should remain partly cloudy with a high temp of 91° F. A mild wind streaming from the gulf at 6-12 mph can help stir up that stifling heat. For those Fayette Tiger fans who will be traveling towards Chilton County to watch the Tigers take on Jemison High, they will experience a 79° F temp around kickoff that could cool off to the upper 60s. Others who may not be able to travel the hour and thirty minutes for Friday night football, will experience a two or three degree increase in the low.
The same ole summer cliché is expected for Saturday with a high temp reaching 90° F and a low dropping back down to 70°. A mostly sunny day with mostly clear skies will give you a Saturday full of potential outdoor activity. This is a slight clearer day than Friday.
As for Sunday, expect a bright and sunny day with a slight chance for an isolated afternoon pop-up thunderstorm. Again, temps reaching a high near 90° F and a low around 70° F
Keep an Eye Out:
1.) Nervous weather that is currently sitting between the Bahamas and Bermuda.
2.) Cold air over Canada that could hit Alabama around Tuesday night of next week.
