Feeling Like Fall!

Starkville. MS:

Finally some cooler temps are coming our way! Tonight some clear skies will give way for much cooler temps. A low of 44° is expected. You better pull out that jacket if you plan on going out to taste this new flavor of weather. The forecast for Friday begins with bright and sunny skies and a high of 77°. Sparkling clear skies will reign again for Friday night leaving football weather feeling fantastic. For my hometown of Fayette…if you are attending the game as the mighty tigers take on central Tuscaloosa it will get down to a chilly 43°. Hot chocolate will be a “hot” item at the concession stand, so be smart and bring your own incase they run out. As for Starkville it will be a little warmer with a low of 46°. Other than those burnt ribs, tailgating plans for Saturday should run great, or at least weather-wise. For kickoff at 1:30 when the Mississippi State Bulldogs take on the Tennessee Volunteers it will be around 80°. The temp should drop well into the 50°s by nightfall. Another fair weather day is expected for Sunday with a high of 84° and a low of 59°. Take time to go outside and enjoy this pleasant autumn weather.
